What will it cost me to rent the clubhouse?
Our Fee for 2022 and 2023 is $3,400, with a $500 nonrefundable deposit. 

How do I reserve the facility?
We welcome you to visit with us to learn more about having your special day at the Big Horn Equestrian Center.  Remember that we do book well in advance for all of our events, so time is of the essence.  Please contact Sheila at the information above to schedule your personal visit!

After I book the facility for my specific date, what’s next?
We will work with you personally to assure you have a beautiful setting for your day, right in front of the magnificent Big Horn Mountains!  Please review our Fact Sheet to learn more about what your day with us includes.  We will help answer any other questions that you might have and we will work together to design your perfect bar needs.  It all starts with just a fun conversation.

What does the rental fee include?
Your rental fee allows you to host your event privately starting at 10:00 a.m. Your fee also includes bar staff, a cash or open bar design and the perfect setting for your gathering.

Is your wedding scheduled during polo season?
Remember that if you schedule your Saturday wedding during polo season, we invite you to continue your celebration with us on the fields on Sunday!  You can tailgate with your friends and family and take in some exciting Big Horn Polo Club polo!  Bring your chairs, your sunglasses and your cameras and your day on the fields will be an awesome conclusion of your wedding weekend…and remember polo is free!
